How Do Subscription Boxes Work?

What are subscription boxes?

Subscription boxes are monthly boxes packed full of goodies for your dog. They're a great and convenient option to ensure your dog always has new toys and treats for them!

 

What's inside your subscription boxes? 

All Barks of Love boxes are filled with a minimum of 5 items. You'll find a combination of high quality toys, treats, accessories and other goodies in each box. All our items are sourced locally so you know you'll be supporting Australian businesses. 

  

How do subscription boxes work?

We've made the process to dog happiness as easy as possible.

1. Pick between our two box sizes depending on the size of your dog.

2. Decide on how many months you want to subscribe for. If you subscribe for 3 or 6 months, you'll receive a discount on all boxes. Your first box will be sent the day after purchase and each subsequent box will be shipped at the end of each month. 

3. Your box arrives and you get one happy dog!

 

What are your subscription box options?

We have multiple subscription box options to suit your dog's needs. Choose a month to month option, a 3 month plan or a our most popular 6 month plan. Signing up for a 3 or 6 month plan gives you the most value out of your boxes. Please be aware however that you'll need to serve the 3 or 6 month minimum term before being able to cancel. We also have a bi-monthly option available. 

 

When do I receive my subscription box?

We don't want your dog to wait! Your first subscription box will be sent to your dog the next day after purchase (hooray!). The only exception to this is if you purchased your box on the 28th of the month. If this happens, you'll receive your first box in next months cycle. Each subsequent box will be delivered at the beginning of each month. 

 

When will my payment be processed?

Your first payment occurs when you subscribe with us. The only exception to this is if you place an order on the 28th of each month, as this date is too close to the subsequent box payment. For each subsequent box, you will be billed on the 29th of each month. 

  

What happens after my subscription period has ended?

Our subscription services have been set to auto-renew after the end of the subscription period. You will continue to receive monthly boxes until you cancel the subscription service.
